How Custom Projects Work

- 2.Specification and quotationWe prepare a written specification and itemised quotation for your approval.
- 3.Approval and paymentFabrication starts after you approve the specification and the agreed payment terms are met.
- 4.Build and updatesChanges requested after approval may affect price, completion time, delivery, and return eligibility — always confirmed in writing first.
- 5.DeliveryDelivery is planned with the same site-access review as standard orders.
Before You Commission Custom Work
- Customized, modified, and special-order containers are not returnable for change of mind. Statutory remedies for defective or misdescribed work are unaffected.
- Permits, zoning, building-code compliance, and engineering approvals for the intended use are the customer's responsibility.
- A container is not automatically suitable for residential occupancy or other code-regulated uses — suitability must be established for your application.
