Used units may differ cosmetically from representative images.
6. Used products
Used shipping containers may contain previous markings, dents, repairs, surface corrosion, repainting, floor wear, patches, odours, or cosmetic variation consistent with their stated condition.
Material known defects must be disclosed.
7. Availability
Products are subject to availability.
Placement in a cart does not permanently reserve inventory unless the checkout or written agreement expressly states otherwise.
8. Orders
An order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Acceptance occurs through an express order confirmation, payment confirmation together with product confirmation, or dispatch confirmation.
9. Prices
Prices are stated in USD unless expressly indicated otherwise.

13. Permits and intended use
The customer must determine whether permits, approvals, engineering, inspections, zoning clearance, building-code compliance, fire approval, environmental approval, or other authorization is required.
Product purchase does not constitute approval for a particular use.

- Welding
- Doors
- Windows
- Painting
- Electrical work
- Plumbing

- Other requested changes
The customer must review and approve applicable specifications.
Changes requested after approval may affect:
- Price
- Completion time
- Delivery
- Return eligibility
Custom products are non-returnable for change of mind.
15. Inspections
Customers should inspect products at delivery or pickup and promptly report visible concerns.
Signing delivery documentation does not eliminate non-waivable rights or automatically waive a hidden material discrepancy.
16. Returns and refunds
Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Returns and Refunds Policy.
17. Warranty
Applicable warranty and condition commitments are governed by the Product Condition and Limited Warranty Policy and product-specific written terms.

Customers are responsible for:

AO Container Lines Inc. will communicate material delays and handle unshipped orders according to the Shipping and Delivery Policy.
27. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of the State of California, without applying conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction's law.
28. Venue
Subject to applicable consumer rights, disputes that must be brought in court will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Los Angeles County, California.
29. Informal resolution
Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to provide written notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
This section does not prevent a party from seeking urgent relief or exercising a right that cannot be delayed.
30. Severability
If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally possible.
31. No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision does not permanently waive it.
32. Assignment
The customer may not transfer an order or contractual right without authorization where the transfer would materially affect fulfilment, payment, fraud prevention, delivery, or legal compliance.
AO Container Lines Inc. may assign its rights and obligations as part of a lawful business reorganization, financing, sale, or transfer.
33. Entire agreement
The accepted order documents, these Terms, and incorporated policies form the agreement concerning the transaction unless a separately signed agreement states otherwise.
34. Changes
AO Container Lines Inc. may update these Terms prospectively.
The Terms applying to an accepted order are generally those presented at the time of purchase, unless a lawful written amendment is agreed.
